

MEET THE PRESIDENT

Biographical Sketch of Dr. Karen L Hale
Dr. Karen L. Hale is a dedicated spiritual leader and educator with over four decades of ministry experience. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, she accepted the Lord as her savior at age eleven and began her ministry at age twelve. She preached her first sermon at age thirteen and was licensed in August 1977. Dr. Hale was ordained by the Baptist Convention in 1984 and later as an Elder under the House of Prayer Ministries in West Germany in 1987. Her favorite scriptures are Isaiah 6:8 and Psalms 139:14.

Throughout her extensive ministry career, Dr. Hale has served in numerous roles including Assistant Pastor, Associate Minister, Youth Choir Director, Bible Study Teacher, Women’s Ministry Director, and Chaplain. She founded New Life Ministries in 2002 and established the New Life Ministries Association of Churches in 2005, founded New Life Theological Seminary in 2008, and consecrated as an Apostle in 2007.

Dr. Hale holds multiple degrees: an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, Bachelor's Degrees in Theology and Sociology, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Ministry. . Additionally, Dr. Hale serves as the Overseer of New Life Ministries Association of Churches, is the full-time pastor of New Life Ministries-Fayetteville, President of Hope For the Future CDC, President of New Life Theological Seminary, ordained Senior Chaplain, and holds leadership roles in various organizations. She is a former instructor of Fayetteville Technical Community College (2001-2016) and former CEO of KLE Child Care Consulting.

Dr. Hale has experienced many things and through those experiences, she can effectively deliver a message of power, hope, restoration, and healing. Dr. Hale believes that there is nothing too hard for God. She believes that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her. With the ability and nature to minister through her experiences, she has composed them in the form of a book entitled Drip It, Drop It and Dry It Up!, with more works in progress.

She is the wife of retired SGM, Minister Gregory Hale, and they are proud parents and grandparents.
